This 90 minute retreat for your Mind, Body & Soul is designed to allow you a break from your daily routine and beautifully tap into all 5 senses!   We will enjoy moments of calm aroma therapy, brave insights, a delight for your taste buds, creative craft time and Connie Lea Creative’s signature Gratitude Stroll!   If you have a journal, please bring it to your Love Yourself Retreat!
