Brave Girl Connections

In May of 2015, I had the thrill and honor to attend my first Brave Girls Camp, which was hosted by the Brave Girls Club founders and sisters, Melody Ross and Kathy Wilkins. Brave Girls Camp provided an opportunity for art making, soul healing and the joy of sisterhood. Melody led us on a personal journey of Soul Restoration,which was a beautiful look within ourselves followed by a freedom from things that keep us from whom we are meant to be. In 2016, I was blessed to be a part of the first group that Brave Girls, Melody and Kathy trained & certified to be instructors of their amazing Soul Restoration curriculum. Brave Girls Club has now transitioned to Brave Living.

On October 28, 2017 Brave Living is kicking off Soul Book Gatherings around the globe! Connie will be hosting a Soul Book Gathering with this beautiful piece of Melody Ross’ work and artistry on Sunday, November 5th, 2017 in O’Neill, Nebraska

WHAT’S A SOULBOOK? SoulBook is a beloved project by Melody Ross that is fun to make and deeply meaningful at the same time. You’ll create a beautiful, chunky little artsy SoulBook full of all of the things your beautiful heart knows, but sometimes forgets. You’ll make it out of inexpensive and easy-to-find cardboard and tape and fill it with reminders of important things you may have forgotten about yourself…things we don’t ever want to forget. You can make your SoulBook as simple or as artsy and creative as you like!
